Description
  1. Develop Processes and Documentation for Firm Standardization
  2. Ensure functional quality assurance as per professional guidelines
  3. Generate, Prepare and Analyze Reports using MS Excel or other tools
  4. Effective and Efficient communication (verbal/written) across all stakeholders viz. Exec Directors/Principals and other team members.
  5. Track meeting schedules and minutes for comprehensive management
  6. Help and coordinate vendor processes and methods to approve vendors.
  7. Desired output levels to be maintained from marketing plan, strategies, and Vendor management
  8. Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance.
  9. Data mining on various activities required in management of operations is critical

Qualifications

Graduate or Post Graduate in Business Management

1 or 2 years of experience in a similar role in education company will be added advantage
